Having trouble getting started on an exercise program? Maybe trouble losing those last few pounds or just looking for a little motivation? 

Our "Get Fit" program at The Belmont Athletic Club is a 4 week program that is limited to a small group of 4-8 people that meets 4x a week combining personal exercise training and nutritional guidance.

The Belmont Boot Camp is exactly like it sounds. It's a 4 week program meeting 4x week. These 60 minute, outside activities include: Core conditioning, short distance running, stair challenge, beach yoga, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, fitness kick boxing, Pilates, athletic drills, obstacle courses, climbing hills and more!

Our "Fat Burner Series" is our executive small group program that runs for 6 weeks meeting 4x a week and is also limited to 8 people. The Fat Burner Series includes:

  • an individual one hour evaluation/consultation where we'll determine the best plan of action for you including postural analysis, nutrition and past experience,
  • a resting metabolic rate test (using Metacheck) so you'll know if you have a fast or slow metabolism
  • a heart rate monitor so you know how hard you're working
  • a nutrition book specifically chosen for you so you'll have no problem eating correctly for you
  • and a 15 minute weekly meeting for nutritional guidance

What We Do

Small group training is a fun, motivating and cost effective way to get professional, quality personal training. We're two of the best trainers in town and you'll enjoy the motivation you receive from being a part of a small group. With two well-educated trainers watching the group, you're sure to receive the individualized attention you need for proper exercise mechanics.

Our small group training days include, weight training, box aerobics, hill challenge, pilates, indoor cycling, walk/running and more.

Saturday Morning After Burn 

Now offering Saturday morning "After Burn!". Two Saturdays a month we'll help you burn a bunch of extra calories. Saturdays are $18, bring a friend and save $5 each! It's the perfect way to make up a workout or get in an extra one!
